North American Rail Solutions acquires Calgary’s Tri Innovations Consulting
The deal positions North American Rail Solutions as a major rail maintenance and construction provider.

North American Rail Solutions (NARS), said to be North America’s largest provider of railroad design, construction, maintenance, and operating services, has acquired Calgary-based engineering firm Tri Innovations Consulting Ltd.
The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Tri Innovations provides Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for the energy, transportation, agriculture, and renewable industries, encompassing feasibility studies, detailed design and engineering services, supply chain management, project management, construction and fabrication management, commissioning, and operations support.
